Enjoy fresh seasonal haute cuisine throughout the year prepared by the chef Laurent Eperon and served by expert waiters in the stylish surroundings of the Pavillon restaurant. There is an extensive wine list which reflects the range and quality provided by the restaurant’s very own winery. The rotunda, which is made nearly entirely of glass, merges with the natural surroundings of the park at the Baur au Lac throughout the year. This was the idea behind the design of Pierre-Yves Rochon.
