We are Manchester’s new exciting Moroccan cafe, Mozaic. Based in the busy town centre of Ashton-Under-Lyne, we offer a unique opportunity to discover the delights of authentic Moroccan and Lebanese cuisine. A variety of (halal) meat, fish and vegetarian dishes are freshly prepared every day to eat in or take away.

We are passionate about Mediterranean cuisine and prepare a variety of fresh dishes every day to a high standard that is hard to find outside of a Moroccan home: the menu ranges from light lunch snacks (“mezze”) such as hummous, vine leaves, spicy carrots and sandwich wraps made with traditional Arabic flat bread to more filling meals such as couscous royale, pastilla and shish kebabs.

All of which can be washed down with traditional Moroccan mint tea, coffee or soft drinks.

Outside functions can be individually catered for on request.
