Henrik Norstrom and his team create a daily menu of the finest local produce with Swedish dishes served simply and immaculately. With a bright, open room and a generous price point, the aim is to enable more people to experience the craftsmanship behind Michelin-starred Lux Stockholm. At Lux Day by Day, seasonal produce is key. Plums are served when they are at their most succulent, venison is offered when hunting luck was good and fennel is on them menu when newly harvested. Lux Day by Day, deliberates over the best ingredients on a daily basis, creating Swedish tastes with the spectrum of elements that are salty, sweet and sour, smoked and kryddsättningar.
