Lilla Helfwetet (Little Hell) is, in spite of the name, pure heaven. Here you’ll be taken on a gastronomic journey which is out of the ordinary. The restaurant’s concept is to go the extra mile in providing guests with a fantastic all-round experience. Why not start the evening with a glass of champagne in the lounge and then enjoy innovative dishes created using the finest ingredients. How about seared salmon with parsnip lasagne seasoned with saffron and served with dill and crayfish sauce? Or maybe reindeer steak seasoned with rosemary and served with cloudberry chutney, chanterelles and gravy? You can choose from around 200 wines to accompany your meal.
