You may already be aware of our reputation in the restaurant industry as being the founders of The Hawaiian Restaurant, a restaurant which was established in 1994.
The opening of Las Havanas has enabled us to provide a quite different dining experience to that gained at the Hawaiian. The food is best described as modern Latin American. We aim to provide an exciting, innovative and refreshing approach to Latin cooking.
Traditional recipes are sourced and modified to reflect more modern trends while at the same time respecting the traditions of a dish. With good service and wondrous Latin flair we are aiming to provide the diners with perhaps the best Dinning experience of any restaurant in Cardiff
