Restaurant Group Kitchen & Table is established at the Clarion Hotel of the Swedish celebrity chef, and the concept offers fun dining, rather than fine dining, with communal tables, in a warm and relaxed environment. Community is at the centre where food and culture meet, and Samuelsson’s philosophy emphasises local and social commitment across exciting culinary traditions. Kitchen & Table Stavanger is just one of many siblings in the Clarion Hotel chain spread throughout Scandinavia.
