Hälsingborg used to be on Birger Jarlsgatan but since January 2008 is now on Mäster Samuelsgatan. It is a modern restaurant with three different three course set meals, making it unique in Stockholm. Each set of three courses has a theme; sea, farm or forest, for which the main ingredients are gathered from the respective areas. Furthermore the menu is changed every three weeks. On weekdays Hälsingborg also serves lunches which can be eaten in or ordered takeaway.
