Overlooking one of Amsterdam’s most picturesque canals in the heart of the city centre, the restaurant is renowned for its authentic French cuisine and award winning wine list. The menu is under the supervision of our Executive Chef Aurélien Poirot, who has been recognised by culinary guides such as Michelin and GaultMillau. The kitchen staff are inspired by French cuisine and its tradition, using the freshest produce available. Meanwhile, the wine list has been acclaimed with the “Award of Excellence” and consists of over 400 wines to accompany your dining experience in The Grand Restaurant. On sunny days, you can also dine at the tables set in the inner courtyard garden of the hotel.
