A sophisticated haunt in The Caledonian hotel, Galvin Brasserie de Luxe showcases the talent and passion of culinary brothers, Chris and Jeff, with its excellent French cuisine. A crustacean bar sits at the heart of the brasserie, offering theatre-style food preparation, and a large circular bar to dine at. Guests can enjoy the very best brasserie classics including prix fixe menus, and superb value beers and wines. Please note, the seasonal menu is only available 6pm ? 7pm Friday and Saturday.
