The food philosophy focuses on introducing innovative, international cuisine with unusual and surprising flavour combinations. Fredsgatan 12 has a Michelin star. Prepare yourself for a culinary experience beyond the ordinary. Fredsgatan 12 is owned by Danyel Couet and Melker Andersson. The two of them have been a team since 1994 and together they run Group F12.
