Located in the food terrace on the dining level next to Nandos and Pizza Express, you can ‘rock around the clock’ at Ed’s from 9am every day - open for the much-loved Ed’s Easy Diner breakfast, lunch and dinner plus everything in-between. Whether it’s a bite to eat after shopping, a burger before heading to the cinema or just chilling out with friends, the diner offers a true taste of the 1950s with fantastic music courtesy of the genuine Dime Selector juke boxes, costing just 20p, with every penny going to charity.

The menu
Start your day sunny side up with the Full Ed’s breakfast with all the trimmings; Ed’s scrambled on toast with toasted bloomer bread; or tuck into the all-American buttermilk pancake stack served with strawberries, blueberries and a jug of maple syrup.

To satisfy those lunch or dinner cravings, grab one of the eight tasty hamburgers on the menu. Made with prime West Country beef, try the Smokey Joe’s with cheddar cheese, onions and smoky barbecue sauce or the Big Bubba’s bacon’n’cheese burger. Poultry fans will adore the chicken breast goujons served with jalapeno jelly and BBQ sauce, while those with a hankering for a hot-dog will love the high quality ground beef Chilli Dog topped chilli con carne.

Got the little ones in tow? Ed’s junior menu is perfect for filling tiny tums with burgers, puppy dogs and mini moo milkshakes- plus activity sheets to keep ‘em smiling.

The drinks
A variety of sodas, beers and floats provide the ideal accompaniment to the menu but be sure to check out one of their world famous handmade shakes and malts. Served in metal shakers and enough for two glasses per serving, choose from a range of flavours including butterscotch, peanut butter, Oreo cookie and mint chocolate. Try the alco-shakes with a shot of dark rum or Baileys for a truly naughty treat.
