They are predominantly made in Italian marble and designed in the classic art deco style - echoing the hotel’s 1930s origins.

The restaurant feature here is The Grill where Head Chef Brian Hughson’s inaugural menu of modern British cuisine puts a fresh spin on traditional Grill dishes alongside timeless classics such as Grilled Dover Sole and Dorset’s Down Lamb Chop. With a passion for wholesome cooking, Brian uses quality, organic produce sourced wherever possible from the British Isles.
