Our Executive Chef Binod Baral was trained in India and Nepal at an early age in his family’s very own restaurant, which has been running for many decades. Binod has refined his culinary skills from the very best restaurants in the UK.
Binod started Delhi Deli in 2003 and later moved on to lead The Bombay Bicycle Club as an Executive Chef where he remained for nearly 5 years, before coming back to his spiritual home - Delhi Deli.
