At the heart of the brasserie stands an open grill where fresh seasonal produce is prepared. With a menu that is inspired by the tastes and traditions of Provence, executive chef Frank Lebiez is committed to quality products.

Frank’s signature dishes interpret timeless French brasserie favourites; Salmon Tartar, Whole Grilled Sea Bass with Provencal Herbs, Roasted Rump of Lamb with Butternut and Goat’s Cheese Soufflé and Minty Jus.
