Caoba Restaurant is a dining establishment designed as a gift for the senses, which is certainly achieved by their cuisine, in the hands of the chef Vincenzo Marconi, milanese cuisine ambassador in Paris, Monaco and now Madrid. This culinary experience takes place in a beautifully designed space, which highlights the artistic work of Mexican artist Carlos Torres. The menu? Famous for its risottos, pasta, fish, meat, cheese platters, and a consideration we value: the mandatory section for coeliacs and vegetarians.
