The striking chrome and black interior is perfectly suited to the mouthwatering array of authentic tapas served up in the restaurant or at the lively bar. The clever dishes use fresh Scottish ingredients, with ingredients like cheese, anchovies, spices and chorizo sausage from Spain, to create a piquant and inventive selection of tapas and paella, made to order.
