Maramao is a small and romantic modern restaurant in a narrow side street in the historical quarter of Valencia, between the cathedral, the city market and the Silk Exchange, just a stone’s throw from Calle Caballeros, the most popular area for Valencia’s night life. The restaurant is famous for its handmade filled pastas such as Fiori di Mella (Gorgonzola cheese and apple), great salads and exquisite desserts. Maramao is spread over two floors; the ground floor is more modern with dark flooring, two large bars and blond wood tables, while the upper floor has red tiling and pink tables in the shape of puzzle pieces.
