This centraly located restaurant at Place l?Homme de Fer in Strasbourg is half way between the magnificent gothic cathedral and the delightful winding canal lined streets of Petite France. Le P’ti Max specialised in Charolais red label beef, but also has lots of local dishes as well as the ubiquitous “Flammenküche” or “Tartes Flambées’, a sort of pizza with a thin crispy base, cream, onions and bacon bits.
