Tucked away off the cobbles of Carnaby Street, La Trouvaille is a corner of Gallic charm on the fringes of Soho. Squeeze past the lively crowd in cocktail bar below and make your way upstairs to the understated glamour of the first floor dining room with its perspex Starck chairs and elegant Venetian mirrors. Food favours traditional bourgeois cooking with a smart twist, and the wine list ranges from the south of France to Corsica.
