| French Restaurant Restaurant Eugène can be found in the 8th arrondissement of Paris just along the Boulevard Haussmann and represents Paris at the end of the 19th century as well as offering an inspired and creative menu. The glass roof at the back of the dining room was actually designed by Gustave Eiffel and is classed as a historic monument and the restaurant pays particular homage to great architects such as Eiffel and Hausmann with its style. The food is more 21st century however, with an exciting modern menu including dishes such as foie gras with mango chutney and gingerbread, the Bresse chicken supreme, which has an air of tikka masala to it, and homemade crème brulée with cotton candy and lavender. For a quick lunch, you can even enjoy your meal at the counter.
