Mediterranean Restaurant

El Arrozal has three dining rooms each with a capacity for 50 diners, stylishly decorated with a wide range of mostly 19th century antiques including old farm tools, writing and sewing machines, oil paintings and household tools such as irons or wrought iron lamps, giving it a feel that coincides with its location in Madrid de los Austrias, the most traditional and oldest part of the city. The menu is unquestionably Spanish featuring products and recipes from around the county and El Arrozal places great emphasis on attention to detail and careful presentation. Of course, true to its name, the restaurant is also renowned for more than 45 different seasonal rice dishes and it is worth asking the restaurant which of these are available on the day. There is also a superb summer terrace on the Segovian streets in front of the restaurant next to the famous viaduct, which has room for 50 diners.
