World Fusion Restaurant

Dolso is located in the Eixample district of Barcelona. This is a friendly, fun and informal restaurant that is cosmopolitan and welcoming.

The modern décor is dominated by dark colours, designer lighting and wooden furniture. Although Dolso specialises in elaborately crafted desserts, it also offers some highly creative savoury dishes with unusual combinations using Mediterranean ingredients.

The restaurant believes in using first class produce with no artificial colourings or flavourings. Diners can expect dishes such as duck confit on creamy rice with wild mushrooms and a cabernet sauvignon reduction; or cod on a puree of caramelised onions, steamed baby vegetables and beansprouts.
