The fusion of old and new in the atmosphere of an authentic French brasserie has been achieved with perfection at Desbrosses. Guests enjoy the French cuisine in a lavishly restored, but uncluttered atmosphere. The heart of the brasserie is the open show kitchen with the red enamel oven. The gastronomic concept is simple: fresh croissants and baguettes from the restaurant’s own bakery, complemented by French and international specialities. The kitchen team also offers a daily changing business lunch menu, and on Sundays brunch lovers can enjoy a lavish champagne brunch, whilst being entertained for close on two hours by actress and singer Bärbel Röhl with chansons, accompanied on the piano by Hartmut Valenske.
