How good is Arosa? Such is the flavour and attention to the confection. I admit to my first of many purchases some 30 years ago. It is from the marzipan selections that I have made numerous prettily wrapped gifts. The coloured displays of selection boxes with hard candies and sugar jellied fruits all add to the marvelous scent But it is the chocolate that is truly crisp and bitter sweet to taste; there is anticipation with the full cocoa snap, from slender elegant chocolate, that starts with that first delicious selection.
