Whilst the restaurant has been extended to accommodate the lobby lounge and the excellent, atmospheric new Oyster Bar on the upper floor, the decor still highlights its original Georgian Townhouse features. Reflecting the diverse nature of modern Irish dining, the traditional dishes on the menu have been infused with a modern twist, emphasising lighter preparation and presentation.
