The Brasserie Fou at Cologne’s Marriott Hotel offers a lively mix of French and Asian cuisine. The food is garnished with a thick layer of savoir-vivre from the land of haute cuisine. Dining well is not just about the ingredients ? it is knowing how to celebrate and enjoy it. Sit and relax, gaze at the picture-bedecked walls and let the fine cuisine melt on your tongue. The restaurant has many other attractions, such as the delicious Flammkuchen and the gourmet menu. The Fou serves Sunday brunch between noon and 3 pm with live piano music and special French dishes. Afterwards there is a Flammkuchen party from 5 pm to 11 pm, which can be booked for five or more people.
