Bon’s is a one-stop restaurant. The chef Jan Bons serves a bespoke surprise menu every evening to some two dozen guests. What you will get is not a menu but the creativity of the chef. Art is reflected in the mirrors that cover the walls and the unusual steel floor. The lighting is ingenious and creates a cosy feel. The restaurant is popular with trendsetters and the just plain curious. Guests are full of praise for the friendly staff who are very knowledgeable when it comes to the wine. You are bound to want to pay a second visit.
