Blue Elephant is a little bit of Thailand in central Paris. Located on the busy Place de la Bastille, you’ll soon forget the hustle and bustle of Paris amongst this vast expanse of leafy plants, water features and Thai decoration. The menu has traditional Thai dishes such as the Pla Samrod, a filet of fried fish covered with an onion and pepper sauce. For wine lovers, the wine list has been selected with great care to go with the food. Blue Elephant is not the cheapest of Parisian restaurants but the excellent service, ambiance and food make it worthwhile.
