The restaurant serves delicacies such as Samke beltahina: baked sea bream served with sesame sauce and salad. The staff are excellent. The Assafir also has a good selection of tea for you to choose from. In the summer sit outside by the palm trees under the Bordeaux awnings. The Sunday brunch is definitely worth a try.
