In December 2009 the Bakara Lounge became the Angkora Lounge, yet owner Gregoire Fortat maintains the same style and friendly ambience of the former.

Attracting a varied clientele, the exciting menu combines the traditional with the exotic using the freshest seasonal produce. Situated in the Oberkampf quarter in the 11th arrondissement, the Angkora Lounge offers an authentic setting combining bistro and lounge bar.

Enjoy the pretty open air terrace to the front or dine in the smart dining room complete with wooden furnishings and comfortable red banquettes and listen to the sounds of the resident DJ. The décor is typically Parisian but the ambience is more e reminiscent of a New York lounge bar.

The menu is wide and varied, where French cuisine is served along with flavours from around the world from Italy to Thailand. Enjoy brunch, lunch or dinner in Paris at this great restaurant which offers music each evening as well as at Sunday brunch and on bank holidays.
