Set in one of finest hotels in the area, the Acanthus Restaurant is one of Perth’s leading restaurants. The restaurant has recently been awarded two AA Rosettes for dining and enjoys an excellent reputation for its fine food and relaxed yet efficient service. The kitchen is led by head chef Graeme Pallister and the team produce a contemporary Scottish fine dining experience. Produce is sourced both locally and from fine suppliers a little further afield. Tables are arranged to ensure an ideal ambience, from quiet tables for two to business tables for eight people, ensuring comfort for diners whatever the occasion. Private dining is also available for a minimum of 10 diners. The Acanthus Restaurant has been part of Perth’s dining scene now for 5 years and has consistently achieved awards since it opened.
