Nestled in one of the oldest schoolhouses in England and part of Highcross Shopping Centre, 1573 Bar & Grill blends charming history and contemporary cuisine. Set over 2 floors, the intimate dining room features rustic exposed brickwork and cool expanses of glass.

Using fine seasonal produce, the 1573 menu spans from delicious open sandwiches and salads, to succulent steaks and seafood dishes. Signature dishes include 1573’s freshly pressed burgers, or marinated lamb chops with red wine and bacon reduction.
